Paul Hannah is a flight operations and airspace engineering specialist with more than 25 years of experience supporting commercial airlines, business aviation, military operators, and international aviation organizations. His background includes aircraft performance engineering, aeronautical data systems, airport analysis, obstacle assessment, and regulatory standards development across FAR Part 91, 121, 135, EU-OPS, and international operations.
As Chief Engineering Officer at CQC Aeronautics, Paul leads the technical and operational strategy behind the company’s aviation modeling and analysis platform. His work focuses on integrating aircraft performance, aeronautical data, geospatial analysis, and operational risk management into scalable, data-driven software solutions.
Paul is a founding member and former President of the Society of Aircraft Performance and Operations Engineers (SAPOE) and continues to contribute to FAA and international initiatives involving aeronautical and geospatial data standards, airport design, and flight operations engineering.
He also serves as a board member of PDCAero-AF, supporting industry collaboration efforts related to modern aviation data exchange and interoperability initiatives, including PIXM.
