This Privacy Policy describes how CQC Aeronautics, Inc., together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information through our websites, applications, platforms, and related products and services, including our aviation planning and analytics platform designed for airport operators, planners, engineers, consultants, and other business and public-sector users (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect online and offline, including when you visit our website, create an account, use the Services, communicate with us, register for events, request a demo, subscribe to updates, interact with our support team, or otherwise engage with us. For clarity, our Services include both (a) public-facing pages of our website (e.g., informational pages, demo requests, event registrations, and other marketing-related interactions) and (b) authenticated, logged-in areas of the Services used by business and public-sector customers. Certain data practices described below (such as marketing and advertising pixels) apply only to public-facing pages and not to the authenticated Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope and Key Points
The Services are intended for business, institutional, and government users. We do not offer the Services directly to children, and the Services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age.
Because our business may serve customers and users in the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions, this Privacy Policy is intended to describe our privacy practices and the rights and choices that may be available to you depending on your location.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information.
A. Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you provide to us, including when you fill out forms, contact us, request information, register for an account, use the Services, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include:

- business email address;
- business phone number;
- job title and employer or organization;
- account credentials, such as username and password;
- billing, contracting, and payment-related contact information;
- communications, requests, support inquiries, and other information you choose to provide;
- event registration and marketing preference information; and
- any other information you submit through the Services.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, such as:

- approximate geolocation derived from IP address;

- device identifiers;
- operating system;
- referring URLs and pages visited;

- interactions with the website or platform; and

C. Customer and Platform Data
In connection with providing the Services, we may collect, host, organize, analyze, or otherwise process information made available by our customers or authorized users, including information relating to airports, facilities, infrastructure, geospatial information, project data, operational data, planning records, and related datasets. To the extent this information includes personal information, we will process it on behalf of the applicable customer or as otherwise described in our agreement with that customer.
D. Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from third parties, including:
- our customers and their authorized users;
- analytics providers;
- advertising, marketing, and lead-generation partners;
- identity, security, and fraud-prevention providers;
- publicly available sources; and
- integration partners or data providers that support the Services.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website and Services, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, analyze trends, and support security. We may also use pixels or similar technologies on our public-facing pages for marketing measurement and related activities.
These technologies may include strictly necessary cookies, analytics cookies, functionality cookies, and, where used, advertising or targeting cookies.
Advertising and retargeting pixels (if used) are limited to our public-facing pages and are not deployed in the authenticated, logged-in Services.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where required by law, through our cookie consent tools. If you disable certain cookies, some parts of the Services may not function properly.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information for the following purposes:

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. 5. Legal Bases for Processing
If you are located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, we process personal information only where we have a valid legal basis, including:
- performance of a contract or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract;
- our legitimate interests, including operating and improving the Services, securing our systems, communicating with customers and prospects, and conducting ordinary business activities, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests;
- compliance with legal obligations; and
- your consent, where required by law.
If we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, but the withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
- affiliates and related entities;
- service providers, contractors, and vendors that help us operate the Services or our business, such as hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, customer support providers, security vendors, communication tools, payment processors, and professional advisors;
- customers and their authorized users, where necessary to provide the Services;
- business partners, integration partners, and event co-sponsors, where relevant to your interaction with us and permitted by law;
- government authorities, regulators, law enforcement, courts, and other third parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and property;

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. The specific service providers and partners we use may change from time to time. We may disclose personal information to certain advertising, marketing, and lead-generation partners in connection with your interactions with our public-facing pages, which may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Where required by law, you may have the right to opt out of such sharing as described in the U.S. State Privacy Rights section below. These activities do not occur within the authenticated, logged-in Services.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information, the context in which it was collected, our relationship with the individual or customer, and applicable legal requirements. Where feasible, we apply retention criteria based on the type of information (e.g., account information, support communications, billing records, and security logs), the duration of our relationship with the relevant customer, and applicable legal requirements. We may also retain and use deidentified or aggregated information that does not reasonably identify an individual, subject to applicable law.
8. International Data Transfers
We may transfer, store, and process personal information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Where required by applicable law, we will implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information, which may include the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request access to personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
- request deletion of personal information;
- object to or request restriction of certain processing;
- request portability of personal information;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us; and
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or regulator.
We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available under applicable law.
If we process personal information on behalf of a customer, we may direct your request to the relevant customer or instruct you to contact that customer directly, where appropriate.
11. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, which may include the right to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, as well as the right to opt out of certain types of processing, such as targeted advertising, profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, or the sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable.

If you are a California resident, you may also have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information if we use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted by law. Unless otherwise stated in a supplemental California notice, we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger that right.
Opt Out of Targeted Advertising / Sharing. Residents of certain U.S. states may have the right to opt out of the processing of personal information for targeted advertising and/or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (as defined by applicable law). This opt-out applies to our public-facing pages and does not apply to the authenticated, logged-in Services. To exercise an applicable opt-out right, email us at privacy@cqc.aero with the subject line “Targeted Advertising Opt-Out” and include your state of residence. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law. We may request additional information if necessary to verify your request or to effectuate your opt-out, consistent with applicable law

If you are located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and, where applicable, the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the issue and take appropriate action.
14. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, integrations, or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

17. Supplemental Information for Business Customers
Where we process personal information on behalf of a customer in connection with the Services, that customer may act as the controller or business and we may act as its processor or service provider with respect to that personal information. Our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available upon request and governs our processing of Customer Data, including security measures, subprocessors, and deletion/return terms. A list of subprocessors/service providers that may process Customer Data is available upon request at privacy@cqc.aero. In those cases:
- our processing is governed primarily by our agreement with the customer;
- we process personal information only on documented instructions from the customer, unless otherwise required by law;
- the customer is responsible for determining that it has an appropriate legal basis for the collection and use of personal information submitted to the Services; and
- requests relating to personal information contained in customer-controlled accounts may need to be directed to the relevant customer.
18. Supplemental Information About Product Functionality
Our Services are designed to support airport-related planning, engineering, analysis, and operational decision-making by combining aviation data, geospatial analysis, project information, and operational intelligence in a unified platform. In providing these capabilities, we may ingest, organize, display, analyze, and generate outputs based on data submitted by customers, authorized users, or third-party sources.
To the extent platform inputs or outputs contain personal information, we will handle that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, applicable law, and any contractual commitments that govern the relevant Services.
